Drop off
Bring the car in between 9am and 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday, or check a slot first. We note what you have asked for and agree the price before the car goes up on the lift.

Photos and approval on WhatsApp
If we find something that needs doing beyond the service, we send a photo, what it is and what it costs. Nothing extra is done until you reply yes.

Collect
We message you when the car is ready. You pay what was agreed plus any extra work you approved, and we go through what was done.

Torque House Auto Care

Front brake pads are worn down. Photo attached. Replacing them is RM220, fitted. Reply yes and we will start.
